Jason Maynard currently serves as Chief Technology Officer for North America and Asia/Pacific at Zendesk, focusing on the development of AI products utilizing GPT wrappers since January 2024. In addition to this role, Jason co-owns Ojai Valley Brewery & Side Street Wines, where the emphasis is on crafting fermentation products. Previous experience includes serving as Vice President of Products at Zapier and Vice President of Product at Guru, where the focus was on creating solutions that facilitate connections and enhance team memory. Jason’s extensive background at Zendesk spans from 2012 to 2020, with roles advancing from Product Analyst to VP & General Manager of multiple data products. Prior consulting experience at Deloitte and early engineering roles at Abbott and General LED complement a strong educational foundation, including both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
