Shalini Gaur is an experienced educational administrator with a strong background in early childhood education and business management. Currently serving as Senior Area Manager - Growth at Zee Learn Ltd since December 2024, Shalini previously held the position of Deputy Manager at VIBGYOR Group of Schools from February 2023 to February 2025. Shalini has also worked as Cluster Manager at The Learning Curve India from March 2019 to February 2025, overseeing operations for four centers and successfully establishing a unit from scratch. Other notable positions include Centre Head and Academic Head at Euro Kids - India, where Shalini was a founding member and contributed to significant enrollment growth, as well as administrative roles at Western Academy and prior experience at Euro Kids - India. Shalini holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on finance from Guru Jambheshwar University and a Nursery Teacher’s Training Course in Early Childhood Education.
