Matthew Horner is a Director of Engineering at Zebra Technologies, where they lead the Systems Engineering discipline and the Platform and Ingredient Technology team. Previously, Horner served as a Program Engineering Manager at BAE Systems, directing engineering activities for a multi-million dollar portfolio and leading teams through complex design efforts. With a background as a Senior Systems Engineer, they developed critical testing processes for a $64 million program and authored multiple technical documents. Horner's career began in the U.S. Army as a System Technician/Technician Team Leader, where they specialized in electronic warfare systems. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering at Stony Brook University.
