Robert McCarroll has extensive experience in the telecommunications and technology sectors, currently serving in the ENS Optical Group at Facebook since October 2018. Prior to this role, Robert held significant positions at Zayo Group as Vice President and Head of Optical Global Networks since May 2017, and at Integra as Vice President of Customer Operations and Vice President of Service Delivery starting in February 2014. Previous experience includes leadership roles at Level 3 Communications from April 2007 to February 2014, where Robert was Sr. Director of Managed and Professional Services Operations, Director of GNCC, and Sr. Manager of the Transport Technical Service Center. Robert began their career at Broadwing Communications, managing the Tier 2 Technical Support Group from 1999 to 2007.
