Tim Stiefferman is an accomplished engineering professional with over 15 years of experience in the design and development of medical devices. Currently serving as Lead Senior Engineer in Product Development at Zavation Medical Products, LLC, since April 2019, Tim oversees all phases of product development. Previously, Tim held significant roles at Global Surgical Corporation as a Senior Project Engineer and Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, where responsibilities included product design and management communication. Tim's experience extends back to roles at Tacony Corporation, Young Dental Care, and Obtura Spartan, encompassing design engineering, quality coordination, and production leadership. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from Southeast Missouri State University.
