He holds a Degree in Human Resources Management and a Higher Diploma in Human Resources Management. He is also a member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resources Management (ZIHRM) with over 17 years of work experience in human resources management and administration, mostly gained from the financial and transport sectors. He is currently a Board Committee Member for the Human Capital and Administration Committee for Road Development Agency (RDA).
