Marcia Arff is a seasoned leader in UX and product design, currently serving as the Head of Product Design at Zalando since 2025. Previously, Marcia held the position of Director of Experience Design at Clue by Biowink from 2018 to 2024, where they led product design, content design, and UX research functions. Marcia has also contributed their expertise as a Senior Product Design Manager at Wayfair and as User Experience Lead at Polaroid Originals. With extensive experience in graphic and interactive design, Marcia has a proven track record of managing and developing high-performing design teams across various organizations.
