Brands' Digital & Technology division. With a background in human resources and organizational development at companies like The Walt Disney Company and Merlin Entertainments, James has consistently focused on enhancing people and culture across various sectors. James also serves on the board of America’s Dinner Table. Recently, they completed executive education at Harvard Business School, focusing on building a digital and AI mindset.
