We recognise the complex needs of our clients and go above and beyond, 365 days a year, to provide pathways out of poverty. Daring to go where others don't. 

Youth Projects is changing and saving lives through unique pathways into employment and training, health and lifeskills, harm prevention and outreach and social enterprise programs through a holistic, connected model of care. The Outreach and Social Services Team at Youth Projects provides holistic, non-judgmental support to young people and disadvantaged individuals facing issues such as homelessness, unemployment, and substance abuse. Comprised of specialists including a Youth AOD Outreach Worker, Registered Outreach Nurse (homeless), Mental Health Youth Worker, and Youth Outreach Coordinator, the team delivers comprehensive care and pathways to employment and training, while focusing on harm prevention and client-centered solutions. They operate year-round, daring to reach and assist clients wherever they are, promoting respect and individualized care.
