This includes collaborating with artists, writers, and directors, as well as developing programs like Taking Part and the Creators Program to engage and nurture emerging theatre-makers.

The Welcome Team at Young Vic is responsible for creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for all visitors. They manage front-of-house operations, assist with ticketing and seating, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable theatre experience. The team, led by the Assistant Welcome Team Manager and supported by the Duty Manager and Assistant Front Of House Manager, focuses on customer service excellence and safety.

The Lighting Team at Young Vic is responsible for designing, installing, and operating the lighting systems for all theatrical productions. They ensure optimal lighting effects that enhance the storytelling and overall visual impact of each performance. The team also collaborates closely with directors and designers to achieve the artistic vision while maintaining safety and technical precision.
