Camilla Rand is an experienced early care and education professional currently serving as the VP of Early Childhood Impact at the YMCA of the East Bay since 2025. They previously held the position of Chief Strategy Officer at ECEPTS from 2023 to 2025 and Deputy Director at First 5 Contra Costa from 2020 to 2023. Camilla also worked as a Division Manager/Assistant Director at Community Services from 2000 to 2011. They earned a Bachelor’s in Social Welfare from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from National University.
