Nick Maiolo Jr. is a highly accomplished executive leader currently serving as the Vice President of Property & Facilities at the YMCA of Greater Richmond since 2008. With extensive experience in commercial, industrial, and recreational construction and facilities management, they have demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, project management, and operational best practices. Prior to their current role, Nick was the President and Chief Operating Officer at Eagle Industrial Installations, Inc. They hold a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science from the University of Richmond and a Project Management Professional (PMP) credential from the Project Management Institute.
