Rebecca Crouse Kelley is a resourceful change agent and mission-driven nonprofit leader, renowned for scaling evidence-based youth development programs and raising over $250 million through philanthropic initiatives. They have held leadership positions at the YMCA of the USA and the National 4-H Council, effectively managing partnerships, compliance, and impact evaluation. Currently, Rebecca serves as the Chief Advocacy Officer and Executive Vice President of Community Engagement and Advocacy at Waterford.org, where they lead a 50-person team and oversee significant funding initiatives. They hold a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law.
