Wilfredo II Retuya possesses extensive experience in lean engineering and process engineering, currently serving as Manager of Lean Engineering at YETI since December 2019, following roles as Associate Manager and Supply Chain Operations Specialist. Prior to YETI, Wilfredo II held positions at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. as Sr. Process Engineering Supervisor and Process Engineer from January 2014 to September 2018. Wilfredo II began the career at Line Seiki, working as a Process Engineer and Product Engineer from June 2007 to August 2012. Wilfredo II earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Mapúa University, graduating in 2006.
