Dwain Clink II is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and product development. Currently serving as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at YETI since July 2022, Clink previously held roles including Manufacturing Process Engineer/Quality Manager at Pactiv Evergreen Inc., where a team of eight lab technicians was developed and mentored, leading to a significant decrease in customer quality complaints. Earlier experiences include positions at Construction Specialties as a Senior Product Development Engineer, DDM Systems as a Lead Design Engineer in additive manufacturing, and various engineering internships.
