Nathalie Goei-Simons is a Senior Project Lead at YER USA, where they support European companies in building and scaling their U.S. teams. They have extensive experience in talent acquisition and executive search, having worked as a Senior Corporate Recruiter at EN HR Solutions and as an Independent Consultant. Earlier in their career, Nathalie served as a Sales Consultant for Start People in Amsterdam, where they managed accounts and developed new business, and interned in the Marketing Department at AFDA, a prominent film school in Cape Town. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Business and Personal/Financial Services Marketing Operations from Zuyd University of Applied Sciences.
