Jarnail Singh has worked in the travel industry for several years. Jarnail started their career in 2007 as a Sr. Trade Fair Consultant with Orbitz Corporate & Leisure Travels, where they promoted outbound destinations and handled association tie-ups and corporate presentations. In 2011, Jarnail joined Yatra Online Pvt Ltd as an Assistant Manager in the Special Interest Groups department, handling holidays and corporate MICE tours. Jarnail gradually rose in ranks, becoming a Deputy Manager and later a Senior Manager. Since June 2019, Jarnail has been serving as the Business Head of Special Interest Tours at Yatra. Jarnail has traveled to several countries for project management and is responsible for maintaining high-quality customer service and productivity within their team.

Jarnail Singh pursued their Bachelors degree in Computer Science from the University of Jammu from 2003 to 2006. Jarnail then went on to complete their Master's degree in Tourism Management (Centre for Hospitality & Tourism Management) from the same university, from 2006 to 2008.
