Norbert Huys is a seasoned professional in the maritime industry, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Short Sea Chartering at Yara Maritime Logistics. With previous roles as Maritime Transport Manager for Central and South Europe and Operations Manager at Yara International, they have built extensive experience in maritime operations and chartering. Norbert began their career at Vopak Agencies Terneuzen as a Trainee Boarding Agent and later worked in operations at Retarco Shipping. They hold a VMBO degree from Zeldenrust Steelantcollege and have furthered their education at Maritiem Instituut De Ruyter.
