Sibel Haydaroğlu has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles related to talent and culture management, performance management, talent development, and career management. Sibel currently holds the position of Talent and Culture Vice President at Yapı Kredi, where they are responsible for developing and executing an employer branding strategy and leading HRBP teams. Prior to this role, they served as the Talent, Employer Branding & Performance Management Vice President and was involved in targeted recruitment marketing campaigns and fostering a culture of feedback among employees. Sibel also has experience as the Talent and Performance Management Vice President, where they led the implementation of a new performance management system and designed initiatives for employee engagement. Sibel previously held roles in leadership and talent management, network career management, and retail banking branches career management at Yapı Kredi. Additionally, they had roles at UniCredit, Denizbank, TEB Finansman A.Ş. - TEB Cetelem, and Ilkumut Egitim Kurumlari, where they gained experience in recruitment, career management, and instructor roles.

Sibel Haydaroğlu has a diverse education history. Sibel obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Human Resources Management from Istanbul University in 2005 and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management from the same university in 2002. Sibel also completed a Performance Management Best Practices program at UCLA Extension in 2020. In 2018, Sibel received a certification in Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching from CRR Global and completed a program in Human Resources Management at Cornell University. Additionally, they participated in an International Leadership Development Program at UniQuest in 2013. Sibel Haydaroğlu completed their high school education at Eskişehir Kılıçoğlu Anadolu Lisesi in 1997. Sibel holds several additional certifications, including Negotiation Mastery from Harvard Business School, HBS Agile Transformation Program from Harvard Business School, Changing Employee Behavior from IMD, Koç Dialogues Development Program from Emeritus, and Leadership Principles from Harvard Business School.
