Simon Marsov is a seasoned professional in strategy and transformation, currently serving as the Head of Strategic Projects at Yandex, where they focus on corporate development and strategic initiatives. Previously, Simon held several roles at McKinsey & Company, where they specialized in corporate strategy and transformations, and at Nordgold, where they led operational improvements and digital transformation projects. Simon also worked as a consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory, contributing to strategic operations for public and private entities. They obtained a Master’s degree in Chemistry from Lomonosov Moscow State University and a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Chemical Engineering from Ecole nationale supérieure de Chimie de Paris, while also pursuing a certification from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
