Yizhi Yuan is a graduate student researcher at Yale University, focusing on Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Previous roles include backend software engineer at TikTok and camera software engineer at Qualcomm, where camera software and algorithms were designed for automotive customers, along with developing API pipelines. Yizhi also gained experience as a software engineer at UC San Diego, creating a C++ physical simulation engine and working on reinforcement learning. Additional contributions as a volunteer in nanoengineering and academic tutor for ECE15 highlight strong technical skills. Yizhi co-founded Harvesthru, a marketplace for homegrown crops, and has held various development positions, including frontend developer roles and internships, while acquiring a BS in Computer Science from UC San Diego. Yizhi is currently pursuing a PhD at Yale University.
