Ifat Eldad-Evron is the General Counsel and Data Protection Officer at yad2, where they manage legal exposures and advise the executive team. Previously, they served as Senior Legal Counsel at Fox Group, overseeing legal operations across multiple jurisdictions and leading corporate transactions. They also held key roles at Bank Leumi, where they managed the Board of Directors and Audit Committee, and at Gmul Investments and Dan Cohen, Shpigelman, Barak, Zamir & Co. With over 20 years of legal expertise in corporate law, capital markets, privacy, and governance, Ifat translates legal strategy into business growth. They earned a Bachelor of Laws from Tel Aviv University.
