Emily Morris Frazier, P.E., is a Project Manager at YA Engineering Services since October 2025, focusing on damage assessments and forensic investigations related to natural disasters and structural issues. With extensive experience as an Expert Consultant for the California Board for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors, and Geologists since June 2014, Emily has contributed to the development of the California Seismic portion of the PE Exam through numerous reviews and beta tests. Previously, Emily worked as a Field Engineer for Simpson Strong-Tie and a Senior Engineer at T&S Structural, delivering structural calculations and drawings for a variety of projects. Emily holds a Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering from California Polytechnic State University and a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Business Administration from California State University, Channel Islands.
