Tom Brubeck is an accomplished materials and operations leader with extensive experience in supply chain management. Currently serving as a Production Planning Manager at Xylem, Tom leads a team of 13 production planners and focuses on continuous improvement initiatives. Previously, Tom held roles at Nichols Aluminum, S&C Electric Company, and Grayhill, where they demonstrated remarkable skills in production planning, logistics, and problem solving. Tom earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Communications from Illinois State University and a Master of Business Administration with a global business emphasis from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. Accomplished in adapting to fast-paced environments, Tom also has a background in psychology and is comfortable with travel abroad.
