Ray Grullon is the Sr. Director of Global Environmental, Health, Safety and Operational Sustainability at Xylem. With extensive experience in various industries, Ray has led initiatives that integrate zero-incident culture and drive sustainable EHS performance. Previously, Ray served as a Senior Regional Environmental Health and Safety Manager at Amazon and held leadership roles at Trane, Bodycote, and Berry Plastics. Ray has a Master’s degree in Public Health with a focus on Environmental Health and Safety from Tulane University and an aviation safety and management degree from Farmingdale State College.
