Joel Meneely is the Global Director of R&D at Xylem Inc., where they have been a key player since 2021. Prior to this role, Joel managed engineering and project management initiatives for Xylem and its WEDECO brand from 2015 to 2020. They began their career in engineering at companies such as Automation Technology, Inc., and Corning Incorporated, gaining extensive experience in industrial applications and production management. Joel earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, completing their degree in 1999.
