Jamal Fenan has extensive experience in technical and sales roles within the engineering and water management sectors. Starting as a Technical Director and Junior Engineer at Flag électromécanique inc., Jamal conducted engineering studies and developed project planning documents for pump stations. Subsequently, at Xylem, roles included Sales Representative, Branch Manager, and currently, Regional Sales Manager for North & West Africa, focusing on customer relationship management and portfolio profitability. Previous experience also includes a Project Manager position at BATIFEN S.a.r.l., where Jamal managed project estimations and supplier reviews. Jamal holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB) from Université de Sherbrooke and an MBA from École des sciences de la gestion (ESG UQAM).
