Eric Dussault is the Vice President of Technical Customer Operations at Xplore Inc., where they lead operations for both Residential and Business clientele. Dussault previously served as Director of Customer Care Technical Operations and has extensive experience in leadership roles, including Manager of Operations at Xplornet Communications Inc. and Manager of Dealer Support and Dispatch at Barrett Xplore. They hold a BBA in Business Administration from the University of New Brunswick and completed a leadership program at Queen's School of Business. Throughout their career, Dussault has focused on operational excellence, coaching, and strategic planning to optimize costs and enhance service quality.
