Cara Hutchinson is a seasoned professional in learning and development, currently serving as a Learning and Development Consultant at Xplor since September 2021. In addition to this role, Cara is the Founder of the Fox & Bear Book Club, which has been operational since January 2021. Previously, Cara held the position of Learning and Development Manager at WorkCast and has accumulated a wealth of experience through various roles at ENGIE and as a Trainer Assessor at HIT Training.
