Michelle Dunnavant currently serves as Senior Manager of Benefits and HRIS at Xometry, beginning in May 2023. Prior experience includes various roles at Cvent from June 2015 to April 2021, culminating in the position of Senior Benefits Manager. Michelle started in human resources with SignUp4 by Cvent as Human Resources/Operations Manager from June 2013 to May 2015. From July 2005 to June 2013, Michelle worked at SSF as Business Manager and Consultant, managing financial operations and payroll. Michelle also held an adjunct professor position at Truett-McConnell College in early 2006, teaching Introduction to Computers and Information Systems. In education, Michelle holds an MBA in Computer Information Systems from Georgia State University and a B.A. in Economics from Miami University, along with studies at Wycliffe Hall, University of Oxford.
