Xavier Bergeron has been working in the technology industry since 2012. In 2021, they began working as a Development Operations Engineer at XOi Technologies. From 2016 to 2021, they worked at Guertech as an Embedded Systems Programmer and Electro Mechanical Technician. Prior to that, they were a Co-Founder and Cloud Architect at Forger Studios LLC, where they were also a Full-Stack MMO Video Game Developer. Their responsibilities included developing new content and engine features for multiplayer games, modifying existing video games, administering web, VoIP, and multiplayer game servers, leading a team of developers, creating 3D models, textures, and sound effects, creating CI/CD pipelines, writing workflow automation tools, designing performant relational database structures, designing robust libraries and APIs, and more.

Xavier Bergeron completed a Full-Stack Web Development Bootcamp at Ironhack in 2021. Xavier also obtained an Amazon Web Services Developer - Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in May 2020.
