Evgeniya Lamteva has extensive experience in training and development, currently serving as the Head of Training and Development at X5 Retail Group since 2015. From 2008 to 2012, Evgeniya worked as a Project Manager at MTS Group, and prior to that, they were a specialist in the Management Training Department at the Corporate University of RAO from 2005 to 2008. Additionally, they held the position of Head of the Managerial Training Center at METINVEST HOLDING from 2012 to 2013. Evgeniya earned a Master's degree in Human Resources from the Higher School of Economics between 2008 and 2009.
