Victor Gandoff is an accomplished software engineering professional with extensive experience in full stack development and software solutions. Victor has been with Wynright Corporation as a Senior Software Engineer since December 2012, following roles as a Senior Programmer Analyst at e-INS Insurance Technology & Processing and Liberty American Insurance, where responsibilities included ASP development and the design of insurance rating engines. Prior experience includes positions at Visionary Medical Systems, where Victor developed HIPAA-compliant electronic filing interfaces, and Quality Systems, Inc., as Director of Software Development, overseeing enterprise software for dental and medical applications. As President of Powermate Software, Victor created one of the first Windows-based Dental Practice Management Systems.
