Yanting Huang is currently the AI Research Assistant Director at WuXi Biologics, following a tenure as AI Research Senior Manager at the same company. Yanting earned a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Emory University, where they also served as a Teaching Assistant across multiple computer science courses and worked as a Bioinformatics Research Assistant. Their experience includes significant work on large protein pre-trained language models and antibody generative models with reinforcement learning. Yanting began their academic journey with a Bachelor of Science in Bioinformatics from Southeast University, graduating with distinction.
