As a Working Student in the Finance team, you will play a vital role in supporting our Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes and ensuring smooth financial operations. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in finance while working with various departments to streamline and enhance our systems.

YOUR MISSION:

• Assist in managing and executing generalist accounting projects to ensure timely collections and reporting.
• Organize, optimize, and maintain Google/Excel Sheets to track debtor records accurately.
• Prepare and deliver precise reports for the finance team and management.
• Communicate with customers via email or phone, addressing their queries, resolving payment issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Booking) to troubleshoot and resolve finance related concerns.
• Support additional finance-related projects and tasks as needed, contributing to overall financial efficiency.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Currently enrolled as a student, able to commit to 20 hours per week.
• Some practical or theoretical experience in finance (internships or coursework related to accounting or finance are sufficient).
• Passion for working with Excel/Google Sheets to analyze and manage financial data.
• Strong communication skills; experience in customer communication is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and German is essential for this role.
• A proactive team player with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
