Whitney Fiore is an accomplished professional with over a decade of experience in environmental consulting. At SWCA Environmental Consultants, Whitney served as NEPA and Natural Resources Senior Manager from February 2012 to September 2023, overseeing projects in both terrestrial and marine habitats. Following this role, Whitney worked at ICF as the Offshore Wind and Marine Regional Lead for the West from September 2023 to June 2024, focusing on business development and project execution for offshore and marine resource initiatives. Currently, Whitney holds the position of Technical Director in Environmental Science at WSP, beginning in February 2025. Whitney earned an M.S. in Natural Resource Management from Central Washington University between 1994 and 1999.
