Matthew Bailey is a Chartered Civil Engineer with over 25 years of experience in the railway sector. They currently serve as the Project Director for the MWJV at East West Rail, overseeing the design and consenting of a significant railway project aimed at enhancing connectivity in the UK. Matthew has held various leadership roles, including Group Director at WSP and Railway Engineering Practice Director at Atkins, where they managed large teams and contributed to major projects like Birmingham New Street Station and High Speed 2.
