Jeff Chenault, PE, DBIA, serves as the Central Region Civil Engineering Manager at WSP USA and is the Vice President and Midwest District Manager for the Civil Engineering Technical Excellence Center. They have managed a variety of projects including urban and rural arterial reconstructions, interchanges, bridge replacements, and airport developments. With extensive experience across the United States, Jeff has utilized both traditional and innovative delivery methods, such as design-build and Public-Private Partnerships. Previously, Jeff held positions at Parsons Brinckerhoff and DMJM Harris and earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Michigan State University.
