Heather Unger is the Vice President of Corporate Sustainability at WSP, where they lead initiatives to enhance organizational sustainable performance and innovate solutions for future challenges. Previously, Heather worked as a Manager in Corporate Sustainability at Louis Berger, focusing on CSR efforts and environmental footprint reduction. They began their career with roles such as an Environmental Management Assistance Program Intern at the Penn State Small Business Development Center and have held various positions within the environmental sector, including Project Scientist and Transmission Manager. Heather also contributed to academic research at Penn State and the US Department of Agriculture. They hold a degree from Harvard Extension School.
