David Phillips is a Senior Civil Engineering Technologist at WSP Canada, currently leveraging extensive experience in civil infrastructure design. They previously worked at Englobe from 2014 to 2021, where they contributed to site surveys and design for various projects, including highways and municipal street reconstructions. Earlier in their career, Phillips served as a Survey Supervisor at North American Construction Group from 2012 to 2014, managing field staff and completing site surveys. They began their professional journey as a Summer Student at ADI Ltd in 2006, where they gained foundational skills in material testing and surveying. Phillips holds a Civil Engineering Technologist diploma from NBCC Moncton, obtained in 2007.
