Grace Sawin is a senior at Northeastern University, where they study Journalism and Environmental and Sustainability Sciences. Currently, they serve as a Press Assistant in the Office of Mayor Michelle Wu and are involved as a Peer Educator and Mentor with the Alliance of Civically Engaged Students. Grace has previously completed a co-op with MIT's Climate Change Engagement Program, focusing on climate change education and public engagement. Additionally, they have held various roles at Northeastern University's Woof Magazine and contributed to WRBB 104.9FM as a media director and radio show host. Grace is passionate about food security, sustainable transportation, and environmental justice.
