Tu Nguyen Phuong is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience across various prominent organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at WorldQuant since November 2017, Tu drives strategic HR initiatives and talent development programs while collaborating with senior leadership to enhance organizational success. Previous roles include Vice President of Human Resources and HRBP Manager at FrieslandCampina Vietnam, as well as HRBP Manager at Unilever, where Tu focused on supporting business growth and optimizing human resource functions. An MBA graduate from both IE Business School and Singapore Management University, Tu holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce with a specialization in Human Resource & Change Management from RMIT University Vietnam and has foundational experience as a Global Exchange Program Team Leader with AIESEC.
