Anna A. Tavis, PhD, serves as the Department Chair and Clinical Professor at New York University, where leadership extends to multiple MS degrees and certificate programs in Human Capital Management. Involved with prominent organizations such as WorldatWork and The Conference Board as a Senior Fellow and Editorial Advisory Council member, Tavis contributes to the field through significant roles in academic and professional networks. With extensive experience in academia, including positions at Columbia University and Latam Business School, Tavis has also held leadership roles at the NeuroLeadership Institute and Brown Brothers Harriman. Tavis holds a PhD and MA in Comparative Literature from Princeton University and an Executive MBA in International Business from the University of South Carolina, along with a degree in Linguistics from Herzen State Pedagogical University of Russia.
