John Rocco, PHR, CPSP, is the VP of Total Rewards at World Wide Technology. They have extensive experience in managing employee benefits programs and overseeing global employee benefits. Prior to their current role, John worked their way up at World Wide Technology from HR Generalist to Benefits Manager, and held various directorial positions focusing on employee wellness and total rewards. They hold both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Business Administration and Human Resource Management from Lindenwood University.
