World Silambam Association (WSA), officially registered as a non-governmental organization under the Ministry of Home Affairs (JPPM), is an internationally recognized certifying body for Silambam teachers, schools, clubs, federations, and associations. WSA is dedicated to preserving the authenticity, ensuring the accreditation, and expanding the accessibility of Silambam. Through its global initiatives, WSA promotes cultural exchange, international sports events, arts, culture, well-being, climate action, and education, while actively supporting the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN-SDGs). With an expanding international footprint, WSA collaborates with governments, policymakers, sports organizations, educational institutions, and community groups to advance Silambam as a universal path to health, fitness, and sustainable development.
