Pradip Pariyar is the Founder of Dalit Lives Matter Global Alliance (DLMGA) and currently leads the #DalitLivesMatter movement. They have served as the Executive Chairperson of Samata Foundation and were recognized as one of the Young Global Leaders by the World Economic Forum in 2020. In 2018, they received the ‘Asia’s 21 Young Leaders Award’ for their contributions to training youth globally in leadership and social justice. They have also held positions with various organizations, including Search for Common Ground and Nepal Policy Center, and were involved in the development of national youth policies in Nepal. Pradip's extensive educational background includes programs focused on peacebuilding and leadership from esteemed institutions such as Harvard University and the University of Virginia.
