Mike Wilkes is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in various roles across academia and the private sector. Currently serving as a Part-time Lecturer at Columbia University and an Adjunct Professor at NYU Tandon School of Engineering, Mike also works as a Senior Security Advisor at Ammolite Security, providing guidance on information security best practices. As an Advisor at Wallarm and SecurityScorecard, Mike promotes cloud-native security and security ratings, respectively. Previously, Mike held positions such as CISO for Major League Soccer and Lark Health, along with directing cyber operations at The Security Agency LLC. Mike has been involved with the World Economic Forum as a Technology Pioneer Working Group Member and actively contributes to the National Jazz Museum in Harlem as a Board Member. Educational qualifications include an MA in Philosophy from Stanford University and a BA in Philosophy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
