Dwishojoyee Banerjee is a dedicated young changemaker focusing on climate activism and education, currently studying Economics and English Literature at Ramjas College, University of Delhi. As the founder of The Soft Movement, they have significantly impacted youth engagement in sustainable practices, reaching over 15,000 individuals in 51 cities through initiatives like the Paper Bag project. Dwishojoyee has served as an Ashoka Young Changemaker and a Green Guardian for UNICEF, and has gained valuable experience through roles with the World Economic Forum and Save the Children. Their commitment to social change began at a young age, sparked by a thought-provoking childhood question, and continues to shape their path as they seek to foster grassroots climate action.
