Karen Anaya is an experienced leader in international development, humanitarian response, and advocacy with over 13 years of dedicated service. Presently serving as a Community Outreach Manager for World Central Kitchen in LATAM, Karen has previously led significant initiatives across Asia, Europe, and the Pacific, focusing on equity, child well-being, and climate justice. During their tenure with the Peace Corps, Karen developed community-based educational programs in Samoa, addressing children's rights and gender equity.
