Sara Sigrist is an infrastructure lawyer with international expertise in blended finance and public-private partnerships (PPPs), currently advising governments on PPP structures with a focus on small and medium-sized enterprises. Fluent in Spanish, French, and Portuguese, Sara has developed and managed a PPP resource website and has extensive experience in both the private sector and international organizations. Previously, Sara held legal positions at The World Bank and major law firms, contributing to significant infrastructure projects across Latin America and other developing regions. Currently, Sara is pursuing a BBA in International Finance and Marketing, and a Master's degree in International Politics, while also serving as a Senior Legal Consultant with The World Bank.
